In the 1990s, Minister of Education Louis Galea visited the North American communities of Maltese and made a stop at the Maltese American Benevolent Society in Detroit. Sitting on the far left of the picture is Club President John Caruana. Standing at the center of the picture in suit and tie is Minister Galea with Vice President of the Club Anthony Mifsud (standing with arms crossed).
