Title: Caruana & Sons Boat Builders

Description:

Prior to emigrating to Canada, John Caruana worked in his family buisness on the island of Gozo, building traditional fishing boats or luzzu. The picture here shows the company preparing to launch a newly built boat for the first time in 1966. John eventually found his way to Detroit after his move to Canada.
